CAAC visit to ATRiCS system installations at Frankfurt Airport

On 23 November ATRiCS has had the honour to show the AVATOR® 3D Tower Simulator installed at Frankfurt Airport for Fraport AG to a delegation from Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and Chinese Airport Authorities. Training unrivaled numbers of controllers every year, CAAC has a strong interest in future-oriented systems for ATCO training.

Besides ATRiCS’ simulations capabilities, CAAC also got a profound insight into the company’s A-CDM activities through a visit of the DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung headquarters in Langen. DFS experts presented on the successful implementation of A-CDM at Frankfurt Airport, highlighting the benefits of the ATRiCS Collaborative Pre-Departure Sequencer also on site in a tour at the DFS Tower at Frankfurt Airport.
